How we write these guides
Three rules, no exceptions.
Official documents only
Each fix is written against the manufacturer's own support pages — Samsung's TV troubleshooting, TP-Link's unstable-connection guide — and we link them so you can read the source.
Interface-level detail
"Go to settings" is useless. We tell you the exact menu: All Settings, then Connection, then Network, then Open Network Settings — the path Samsung's own guide uses.
Checked and dated
Interfaces change and firmware shifts. Every page carries a last-checked date; when a menu moves, we redrive the page rather than let it rot.
